What is Destockjapan ?

Destockjapan is an independent online shop selling only Japanese products, any kind of products but mainly focused on Japanese pop culture items (Vocaloid, Pokémon, Yo-kai Watch etc).

Where do you ship from and to ?

We are shipping from Europe to the whole world. No matter where we are, the shipping cost are pretty much the same, only the shipping solutions are different.

What is the payment method ?

First of all, PayPal are no longer working with us.
The default payment is made through Stripe using a credit card.
If you are an European citizen or live in Europe, we highly recommend you to go through bank transfer, we are based in Europe so payments are free.

I live in the European Union or Europe, what is Bank Transfer ?

All European citizens or citizens living in Europe owning a bank account can transfer money from one bank account to another, for free. This is SEPA.
Once your order has been placed through “Bank Transfer”, you will receive our bank account information where to send the money to.
Go to your bank website and make a bank transfer using either your full name or your order ID and the right amount.
Better than PayPal, European laws are protecting you for more than 6 months. Accepting any transfer and not ship items is an act of theft thus illegal.

Bank Transfer can take up to a week before reaching us but do not worry, we hold your order for two weeks.

I have already pre-ordered products and would like to order again and combine the shipping costs. What should I do?

When you pre-order, shipping costs are based on the weight of your order.
It takes approximately four months for your order to arrive at our warehouse.

Once your pre-order has been placed, if you have not received your voucher code to combine your future orders within 48 hours, please contact us.

You will then be able to place as many orders as you wish without paying postage again.
However, if the weight exceeds what you initially paid, you will have to pay the difference.

I am going to pre-order products that are released in June, July and August. What will happen?

We will ship the products to our warehouse in France as they arrive. When they arrive in France, we will notify you and store them for free for as long as it takes.

During this time, you can use your promo code to combine other products already in stock or still on pre-order.

Items in my package are broken/missing/wrong. What should I do ?

All products condition are either new or like new. The shop is selling a huge variety of items in big quantities.
If an item was to be damaged, for example a folded page, you will be able to choose between condition A or condition B where the differences will be written in the item’s description.

We do not sell broken items. In case you receive one, please contact us as soon as possible.

I am looking for a very specific item, can you help me please ?

Yes we can, please contact us directly and give us as many details as you can so we can be efficient in looking out for the item.
